Cutting solution for gaskets
ARISTOMAT GasketCutters are the best solution for the professional manufacture of gaskets. With the MultiHead OT.M.P.IV specially developed for this purpose, it is the optimal tool for cutting the most varied range of gasket materials. The cut quality of the manufactured parts meets the highest technical demands and the dimensional accuracy lies within a hundredth of a millimeter.
The basic machine possesses a robust cutting table with an integrated vacuum system. Due to adjustable matrix-vacuum zones, the material is securely fixed during processing without the aid of mechanical clamps. The particularly strong MultiHead OT.M.P.IV Toolhead has a tangentially controlled tool for oscilliated cutting with a wide range of different blades. The integrated marking tool can be used to label the cut products, and a special built-in precision laser pointer serves to position the origin point exactly where you require it or can also be used to simulate the plot to prevent material wastage.
The ARISTO is ideally suited for materials such as Tanged Graphite, Neoprene Rubber, Compressed Non-Asbestos Fibre, Cork, PTFE, plus many more materials commonly used for the manufacture of gaskets.
