During the Visual Communication Europe 2006 (Viscom), the international advertising industry trade fair in Paris in September, ARISTO introduces their new routing device for the ARISTOMAT TL and GL series for the first time.
This new tool is suitable for nearly all materials and offers the finest routing technology:
high speed HF-spindles with max. 50000 rpm or 60000 rpm
constant torque 17Ncm
variable power up to max. 800W or 1000W
collets 1.5 - 6.35mm
The controlled z-axis presents an additional technical feature:
50 mm stroke, either electric (for gentle lowering) and/or pneumatic (for rapid lowering)
z-position automatically adjustable, also multilevel
chip exhaust for connection to an industrial vacuum cleaner
And all router and z-axis functions are conveniently steered via the PC-software ARISTO CutterControlPanel.
This new high-tech tool is available for all ARISTOMATs of the TL and GL series, either as a stand-alone solution or in combination with other toolheads. The photo on the right depicts the new router together with the new MultiHead IV. With this, the user can choose from a multitude of tools for material processing: oscillating cutting, cutting, scoring, creasing, marking...
As a particular high-light, the functions of the Automatic-Eye can also be connected to the router: for example, a printed sheet of material can be measured by the Automatic-Eye and subsequently routed.
