This new tool is suitable for all non-metallic materials and offers the finest routing technology:
high speed HF-spindle with max. 60000 rpm
constant torque 30Ncm
variable power up to max. 1000W
collets 1.5 – 6.35mm
The controlled z-axis presents an additional technical feature:
50 mm stroke, either electric (for gentle lowering) and/or pneumatic (for rapid lowering)
z-position automatically adjustable, on request multilevel
chip exhaust for connection to an industrial vacuum cleaner
All router and z-axis functions are conveniently steered via the PC-software ARISTO CutterControlPanel.
This new high-tech tool is available for all ARISTOMATs of the TL and GL series, either as a stand-alone solution or in combination with other toolheads.
As a particular high-light, the functions of the Automatic Eye can also be connected to the router: for example, a printed sheet of material can be measured by the Automatic-Eye and subsequently routed.
