Create parts quickly and easily importing existing CAD files using SigmaNEST's wide range of import filters. Common formats such as DXF and DWG are easily handled along with other formats such as CADL, IGES, or HPGL files.
If you don't already have a CAD file available, designing is simple thanks to SigmaNEST's library containing common gaskets styles - simply chose the style you want and enter in the sizing required. Or you could easily create your own with it's wide range of drawing tools.
Once the part is drawn and saved into the extensive database, it can simply be recalled at any time and automatically nested with SigmaNEST's powerful nesting feature. This nesting feature is SigmaNEST's main strength and allows part-in-part nesting so that you can get the most yield out of your material.
