Every buyer completes a multi-step funnel before they appear on the platform. They answer questions on location, budget, property type, timeframe, finance status, and buyer type. We then run an internal qualification check to confirm the enquiry is genuine and the person wants to speak with a buyer's agent. Low-intent traffic doesn't make it through. If someone drops off mid-funnel, they don't become a lead. All phone numbers are verified with an OTP.
Yes. Before you spend a credit you can see the buyer's first name, suburb and surrounding areas, budget range, buyer type, property type, purchase timeframe, finance status, and how many agents have already unlocked the lead. You only commit when it fits.
A maximum of three. Once three agents have unlocked a lead it's gone. You can see remaining spots before you unlock. If you want a lead exclusively, you can purchase it that way and no other agent can access it.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access and credits until then. No refunds on unused leads.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Bonus leads are credits added to your account outside your subscription. They're issued for things like lead replacements, referral rewards, or promotional offers. They typically expire 30 days from issue. When you unlock a lead, bonus credits are used first before your subscription credits.
